When are the Yoga Classes?
Daily Yoga classes are held at 9:00-10:15 AM from May 22, 2026 until Sept 7, 2026
Sept classes have a modified schedule running through Sept 27th.
Special Evening Sound Immersion sessions run throughout the summer. See schedule for exact dates.
What to bring? Do I need a yoga mat?
You do not need a yoga mat, a beach towel works best on the sand. Bring water, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses or whatever will make your experience enjoyable.

For evening classes, wear layers and bring 2 towels so you can cover yourself if it gets cool in the evening.
How much are the classes?
Daily yoga classes are $8.00 if paying in person via cash or Venmo. If you want to pay online here, the price is $8.50
Age 12 and under is $5.00 - not available online
We offer loyalty cards. if you take 5 classes you get the 6th free! We give you those when you come for class. They are good year to year.

Special evening Sound Healing sessions are $16/person. If you bring a friend or more, each additional person is $11.00
Do I need to schedule online?
No, you can just show up. The beach is large and all are welcome! If you do preregister and can't make it, please send me a text prior to 8:50 AM and you are welcome to take class another day. There are no refunds.
Do classes ever get canceled?
We try hard not to, but sometimes Mother Nature is not on our side.
Unless it is actively raining, I show up for class. I have held classes on the area before the ramp leading to the beach.
We will cancel the class here on the calendar and if you have signed up for class, you will be notified.
You can also check our socials where we will post if it is canceled.
We will keep you informed & provide timely updates to ensure you stay in the loop.

If you have signed up AND paid for your class AND it's canceled, you can reschedule to another day.
If you haven't paid online, no worries!
Can I schedule a private group class?
Yes, you can email or text me for availability. I can tailor a session for your group. Groups are also welcome to join a regularly scheduled class.
